Terms of Service

Last updated: August 13, 2026

Overview

This website is operated under the store name Modelora by Storevia Limited.

Throughout this website, the terms “Modelora,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Storevia Limited, operating Modelora. The terms “you” and “your” refer to any visitor, customer, or other user of our website or services.

Modelora provides this website, including its content, features, products, and related services, subject to these Terms of Service.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By accessing or using https://modelora.us, creating an account, submitting an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and to the policies incorporated into them by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the website or submit an order.

Where applicable law requires affirmative consent, your selection of a checkbox, purchase button, or similar electronic control constitutes your electronic acceptance of the applicable terms.

1. Eligibility and Personal Use

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence or have the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

Our website and products are intended for lawful personal or household use unless we expressly agree otherwise.

You may not use the website, products, or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.

You are responsible for complying with laws applicable to your use, installation, handling, resale, importation, or disposal of any product.

2. Additional Policies

The following policies form part of these Terms when published on our website:

  • Privacy Policy
  • Return & Refund Policy
  • Shipping & Delivery Policy
  • Contact Us page
  • Any product-specific terms disclosed before purchase

If a product-specific term directly conflicts with a general provision of these Terms, the product-specific term will apply to that product to the extent of the conflict.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

3. Account Information

Some website features may allow or require you to create an account.

You are responsible for:

  • Providing current, complete, and accurate information;
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
  • Restricting unauthorized access to your account or device; and
  • Promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized account activity.

You may not impersonate another person, create an account using false information, or use another person’s payment or identifying information without authorization.

We may suspend or restrict an account when we reasonably believe it is being used fraudulently, unlawfully, or in violation of these Terms.

4. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, dimensions, materials, colors, images, specifications, availability, and other information accurately.

However:

  • Screen settings and lighting may affect how colors appear;
  • Natural materials may contain reasonable variations in color, grain, pattern, texture, or finish;
  • Handmade or individually produced products may have minor variations;
  • Measurements may vary within reasonable manufacturing tolerances;
  • Packaging or minor product details may change without materially affecting function;
  • Lifestyle images may include decorative objects that are not included with the product.

You should review the entire product description, dimensions, included components, care instructions, and compatibility information before purchasing.

Nothing in this section permits Modelora to supply a product that is materially different from its description or limits any rights concerning misdescribed or defective products.

5. Home Décor and Installation

Certain home décor and interior products may require assembly, installation, wall mounting, electrical connection, anchoring, or special handling.

You are responsible for:

  • Reviewing all instructions and safety warnings;
  • Confirming that the product is appropriate for its intended location;
  • Checking dimensions, weight limits, mounting surfaces, and compatibility;
  • Using appropriate tools and mounting hardware;
  • Keeping products away from children, pets, moisture, heat, or flame when instructed; and
  • Obtaining qualified professional assistance when reasonably necessary.

Do not install or use a product that appears damaged, unstable, incomplete, or unsuitable for its intended purpose.

Electrical work, structural mounting, or installation involving plumbing, wiring, gas, ceilings, heavy objects, or load-bearing surfaces should be performed by an appropriately qualified person when required by law or reasonably necessary for safety.

Modelora does not provide installation services unless expressly stated in writing.

This section does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or responsibility for a defect existing when the product was supplied.

6. Prices and Currency

Prices displayed on the website are generally shown in U.S. dollars unless another currency is expressly indicated.

Prices, discounts, product availability, and promotions may change before an order is accepted.

The price applicable to an order is the price displayed and accepted during checkout, subject to correction of obvious errors and applicable law.

Shipping charges, taxes, customs duties, import fees, and other applicable charges may be added and disclosed during checkout or handled as explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Promotional discounts:

  • May be subject to stated eligibility requirements;
  • May have expiration dates;
  • May not be combinable;
  • Have no cash value unless required by law; and
  • May be modified or withdrawn before an eligible order is submitted.

We will not retroactively change the price of an accepted order except with your agreement or where correction is permitted by applicable law.

7. Obvious Pricing and Listing Errors

Occasionally, a product may be listed with an obvious pricing, description, availability, discount, or technical error.

If we identify a material error before accepting or shipping the order, we may contact you to:

  • Confirm whether you wish to proceed using the corrected information; or
  • Cancel the affected item and issue a refund.

We will not charge a corrected higher price without your authorization.

A minor typographical error that does not materially affect the product or transaction will not automatically invalidate an order.

Any action involving a listing error will remain subject to applicable consumer protection law.

8. Orders and Contract Formation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

An order is generally accepted when we send shipping confirmation or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance. Payment authorization or an automated confirmation alone may not constitute final acceptance.

We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance for a legitimate reason, including:

  • Product unavailability;
  • An obvious pricing or listing error;
  • An unverifiable billing or delivery address;
  • Payment authorization failure;
  • Reasonable suspicion of fraud or unauthorized activity;
  • Quantity limitations;
  • Delivery restrictions;
  • Legal or regulatory restrictions; or
  • Inability to fulfill the order within an appropriate period.

We will not refuse service for an unlawfully discriminatory reason.

If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method. This does not affect any additional rights available under applicable law.

9. Order Quantities and Resale

We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, account, payment method, billing address, delivery address, or order when reasonably necessary to:

  • Protect product availability;
  • Prevent fraud or abuse;
  • Enforce promotional limits;
  • Comply with legal restrictions; or
  • Address suspected unauthorized resale activity.

If we change or cancel an affected order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact information provided with the order.

A quantity limit will not be applied in a manner that violates applicable law.

10. Billing and Payment Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, contact, and delivery information.

By submitting a payment method, you represent that:

  • You are authorized to use it;
  • The information supplied is accurate; and
  • You authorize the applicable charges for the order.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment service providers. We do not necessarily receive or store complete payment card information.

A payment provider may place a temporary authorization hold, perform fraud screening, request verification, or decline a transaction under its own terms.

We may request reasonable verification before accepting or fulfilling an order. We will not ask you to send complete payment card numbers or account passwords by ordinary email.

11. Taxes, Duties, and Import Charges

Applicable sales taxes may be calculated and collected during checkout based on the information available to us.

For international deliveries accepted by our checkout, the recipient may be responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, customs charges, and similar assessments unless they were expressly collected during checkout.

Government and carrier charges are controlled by third parties and may not be refundable by Modelora.

You are responsible for complying with lawful import restrictions applicable to the delivery destination.

12. Shipping and Delivery

Order processing, shipping charges, delivery estimates, tracking, split shipments, address errors, delayed packages, and international delivery are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates unless a specific date is expressly identified as guaranteed.

If we cannot ship within the promised or legally required period, we will provide the notice, cancellation opportunity, and refund required under applicable law.

Risk of loss and ownership are determined by the applicable sales agreement and governing law. Nothing in these Terms waives rights concerning merchandise that is not delivered.

13. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, exchanges, refunds, damaged products, cancellation requests, and refund processing are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

You must follow the return instructions provided by our customer support team. Our business mailing address is not automatically a product return address.

Nothing in the Return & Refund Policy or these Terms limits non-waivable rights concerning defective, damaged, misdescribed, incorrect, or undelivered merchandise.

14. Product Availability and Discontinuation

Products may have limited availability and may be modified or discontinued.

Adding a product to a cart or wishlist does not reserve inventory.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is submitted, we may:

  • Cancel and refund the unavailable item;
  • Offer a reasonable substitute for your approval; or
  • Provide a revised fulfillment estimate and available cancellation options.

We will not substitute a materially different product without your consent.

15. Manufacturer Information and Warranties

Some products may include a manufacturer’s warranty. Any manufacturer warranty is subject to the written terms provided with the product or made available before purchase when legally required.

Modelora does not create an additional written warranty merely by selling a product unless we expressly provide one in writing.

Manufacturer warranty claims may require information such as proof of purchase, photographs, serial numbers, or direct communication with the manufacturer.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or disclaims implied warranties, statutory guarantees, or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current, but occasional errors, omissions, or delays may occur.

General articles, décor inspiration, room styling suggestions, measurements, guides, and other informational content are provided for general informational purposes. They are not professional architectural, structural, electrical, engineering, medical, or safety advice.

You are responsible for evaluating whether information or a product is appropriate for your particular circumstances.

This section does not excuse materially false or misleading representations or any duty imposed by applicable law.

17. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may use or link to services operated by third parties, including payment processors, carriers, analytics providers, social networks, review platforms, or other websites.

Third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

A link or integration does not necessarily mean that Modelora controls, endorses, or guarantees the third party.

To the extent permitted by law, Modelora is not responsible for independent third-party content, policies, security practices, availability, or conduct. This does not limit responsibility for third parties acting as our agents where such responsibility cannot be excluded.

18. Optional Third-Party Tools

We may provide access to tools, applications, or features supplied by third parties.

Your use of an optional third-party tool may be subject to the provider’s terms. You should review those terms before using the tool.

We may modify or discontinue an optional integration without notice when reasonably necessary, provided that doing so does not affect rights arising from an accepted purchase.

19. Reviews and User Content

You may be able to submit reviews, photographs, comments, questions, suggestions, or other content.

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content to Modelora, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, display, distribute, and use that content for operating, improving, and promoting Modelora, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

This license continues only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes unless a longer period is required by law or you separately authorize broader use.

You represent that:

  • You have the right to submit the content;
  • The content is not knowingly false or misleading;
  • The content does not violate another person’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
  • The content is not unlawful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or malicious; and
  • The content does not contain malware, spam, or unauthorized advertising.

We may moderate or remove content that violates these standards, applicable law, or platform integrity requirements.

We will not prohibit or penalize an honest review merely because it is negative. Nothing in these Terms restricts your right to provide an honest opinion about our products, services, or conduct.

We may identify incentivized, sponsored, or promotional reviews when disclosure is required.

20. Feedback and Suggestions

If you voluntarily submit an idea, suggestion, or general feedback that is not protected as confidential information, you grant us permission to use it without an obligation to compensate you.

This provision does not transfer ownership of your existing intellectual property and does not apply to personal information governed by our Privacy Policy.

Please do not submit confidential business ideas or proprietary material unless we have agreed in writing to receive it confidentially.

21. Intellectual Property

The website and its original content, including text, graphics, logos, layouts, photographs, software, design elements, and compilations, are owned by or licensed to Modelora and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may access and use the website for lawful personal use.

Without written permission, you may not:

  • Copy or reproduce substantial website content;
  • Republish or commercially exploit our content;
  • Use our branding in a misleading manner;
  • Remove ownership or rights notices;
  • Scrape or extract content using automated means in violation of applicable law;
  • Frame or mirror substantial portions of the website; or
  • Create derivative commercial materials from protected content.

These restrictions do not prohibit uses authorized by law, including applicable fair-use rights.

Product names, trademarks, and images belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

22. Intellectual Property Complaints

If you believe content on our website infringes your intellectual property rights, contact:

Email: rockbarsnalsteg@gmail.com

Please provide:

  • Your name and contact information;
  • Identification of the protected work or right;
  • Identification and location of the allegedly infringing material;
  • A statement explaining your good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized;
  • Information reasonably demonstrating your ownership or authority; and
  • Your physical or electronic signature when required.

We may request additional information and may remove or restrict material while reviewing a legitimate complaint.

Submitting a knowingly false infringement notice may have legal consequences.

23. Privacy and Personal Information

Our collection, use, retention, disclosure, and protection of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the website, you acknowledge that information may be processed by service providers and in locations described in the Privacy Policy, subject to applicable law.

These Terms do not constitute consent to marketing communications where separate consent is legally required.

24. Electronic Communications

When you contact us, create an account, or place an order, you agree that we may send transactional communications electronically, including:

  • Order confirmations;
  • Payment or verification notices;
  • Shipping and delivery updates;
  • Product safety or recall notices;
  • Responses to customer service inquiries; and
  • Changes directly relevant to an existing transaction.

Transactional communications are different from promotional marketing messages.

We will send promotional emails or text messages only in accordance with applicable law and any consent requirements. Where required, promotional communications will include an available method to unsubscribe.

25. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the website or services to:

  • Violate applicable law;
  • Commit fraud or impersonate another person;
  • Use payment information without authorization;
  • Submit false return, refund, delivery, or chargeback claims;
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
  • Interfere with website security or operation;
  • Harvest personal information without lawful authority;
  • Engage in abusive automated requests or attacks;
  • Send spam or unauthorized advertising;
  • Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
  • Threaten, harass, or unlawfully discriminate against another person;
  • Manipulate reviews or ratings deceptively; or
  • Circumvent purchase limits or fraud controls.

We may investigate and take reasonable action against suspected violations, including restricting access, canceling unaccepted orders, preserving relevant records, or cooperating with lawful authorities.

Any action taken will remain subject to applicable law and existing customer rights.

26. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the website when we reasonably believe that a user has:

  • Materially violated these Terms;
  • Engaged in fraudulent or unlawful conduct;
  • Threatened the security or operation of the website; or
  • Created a material risk to other users or Modelora.

Where reasonably practicable, our action will be proportionate to the issue.

Termination of website access does not automatically eliminate obligations or rights arising from an accepted order.

Sections that logically should survive termination, including payment obligations, intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, liability provisions, and dispute provisions, will remain effective.

27. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its general informational features are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

  • Website access will always be uninterrupted or error-free;
  • Every technical defect will be immediately corrected;
  • General informational content will meet every user’s specific needs; or
  • Every product will remain continuously available.

This disclaimer does not apply to express written warranties, statutory guarantees, implied warranties, or other obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded or disclaimed.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these provisions may not apply to you.

28. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Modelora and Storevia Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products when such losses were not reasonably foreseeable or when liability may lawfully be limited.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
  • Willful misconduct;
  • Gross negligence where it cannot be limited;
  • Death or personal injury where liability cannot be limited;
  • Violation of non-waivable consumer rights;
  • Liability under mandatory product liability law; or
  • Any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

To the extent permitted by law, any liability limitation will apply only to the degree reasonably related to the circumstances and will not deprive a consumer of a legally required remedy.

Because some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, portions of this section may not apply to you.

29. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Storevia Limited and Modelora harmless from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable expenses arising directly from:

  • Your material violation of these Terms;
  • Your unlawful misuse of the website;
  • Content you submit that infringes another person’s rights; or
  • Fraudulent or intentionally harmful conduct by you.

This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by Modelora’s own breach, negligence, unlawful conduct, or other responsibility that cannot be excluded.

Nothing in this section requires a consumer to indemnify Modelora for ordinary lawful use of a purchased product.

30. Force Majeure

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances reasonably beyond our control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fire, epidemic, war, terrorism, civil disturbance, labor disruption, carrier interruption, governmental action, communications failure, or widespread system outage.

We will make reasonable efforts to reduce the impact and resume affected obligations.

This section does not permit us to retain payment indefinitely for products that cannot be supplied and does not limit cancellation or refund rights required by law.

31. Governing Law

These Terms and transactions with Modelora are generally governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

However, this choice of law does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protections provided by the laws that would otherwise apply in the consumer’s place of residence.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from bringing a claim before a court, regulator, consumer protection authority, or other forum when that right cannot lawfully be restricted.

32. Informal Dispute Resolution

Before beginning formal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us so that we have a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.

Please include:

  • Your name;
  • Order number;
  • Contact information;
  • A description of the issue; and
  • The resolution you are requesting.

Contacting us informally is encouraged but is not required when applicable law gives you the right to proceed directly or when waiting would cause a legal deadline to expire.

These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration and do not waive any right to participate in a class or collective proceeding where that right exists under applicable law.

33. Severability

If a court or other competent authority finds a provision of these Terms unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent or severed if necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect unless doing so would materially defeat the purpose of the agreement or applicable law requires otherwise.

34. No Waiver

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean we permanently waive the right to enforce it later.

A waiver is effective only for the specific circumstance for which it is given.

35. Assignment

You may not assign contractual rights or obligations arising from an order without our consent when the assignment would materially affect our rights or obligations, except where applicable law permits otherwise.

We may assign our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, reorganization, sale, transfer of business, or engagement of a successor, provided that the assignment does not reduce your existing consumer rights.

36. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the policies and product-specific terms incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between you and Modelora concerning use of the website and purchases made through it.

They replace prior general communications concerning the same subject but do not eliminate specific written commitments made to you concerning an accepted order.

37. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services, operations, technology, or legal obligations.

Changes will be effective when published with an updated revision date unless a later effective date is stated.

Material changes will not retroactively reduce rights arising from an order already accepted unless you agree or applicable law permits the change.

Your continued use of the website after an update applies to future use and future transactions. Where affirmative consent is required by law, continued use alone will not substitute for that consent.
