FAQ

What types of products does Modelora offer?

Modelora offers a wide selection of home décor and interior accessories, including wall art, mirrors, clocks, lighting, vases, planters, decorative accents, textiles, rugs, storage solutions, and seasonal décor.

How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing available tracking information. Please allow some time for the carrier’s tracking system to update.

Can items from the same order arrive separately?

Yes. Products may be stored or fulfilled from different locations, so an order containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages and on different dates. You will not be charged additional shipping fees solely because an order is split into multiple shipments.

How long does shipping take?

Processing and delivery times depend on the product, destination, carrier, and seasonal demand. Estimated timeframes are provided in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Carrier delays and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will try to accommodate your request, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing or fulfillment has begun.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us promptly at rockbarsnalsteg@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the information and explain the available resolution.

Can I return an item?

Eligible products may be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Return conditions, deadlines, exclusions, and instructions may vary, so please review the policy and contact us before sending anything back.

When will I receive my refund?

After an eligible return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

Will the product look exactly like the images?

We work to display product colors, materials, dimensions, and details as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different because of lighting, screen settings, and natural variations in materials. Please review the product description and measurements before ordering.

How can I contact Modelora?

You can email us at rockbarsnalsteg@gmail.com or call +1 (936) 260-5549. Please include your order number when contacting us about an existing purchase so we can assist you more efficiently.
